That means your credit card provider has closed your account due to lack of funds, or possibly fraud. They also may think there are some risk of this transaction..

Top2. CSC Validation Error.
That means you have submit a mistake or invalid csv(cvv, csc) number.
What is CSV Number?
The Card security code is located on the back of MasterCard, Visa and Discovercredit or debit cards and is typically a separate group of 3 digits to the right of the signature strip.
Type in a correct csv(cvv, csc) number and submit it again.
Top3. Insufficient Funds.
That means your card don’t have enough money to pay for this order.
Change another card to try, or pay it next time when you card has enough money.
Top4. Transaction is disrupted, due to payment page shutdown.
That means the payment page have been closed or don’t work when you process this transaction.
