Want to flattten lower abdomen,you can do these exercises as below.
1, Kneel-style push-ups. Kneeling on a mat or towel. Both arms ahead, with both hands to support your body. Support up your upper part of the body,at the same time tighten the lower abdomen, and take a deep breath. Repeat 10 times.
2, Lie on your back and lift legs on the mat, keep hands on hips sidepod or under.Lift legs highly, and lift the buttocks off the ground, repeated 10 times.
3, Bottoms Up. Back lying on a mattress by the hands sidepod, knees bent, feet next to ground. Raised hips, make shoulders and feet keep with the ground only.Repeat 10 times. (This action can also exercise the muscles of your buttocks.)
4, Bicycle-style sit-ups. Supine on the mat, hands on the back of head. One leg extended and one leg bend to the chest and lift, at the same time, make the opposite elbow to touch the crooked knee. And then another arm and leg to repeat the same action, repeated 10 times.
Repeat the entire movement twice. To avoid injury, you should do some stretching movements to relax muscles firstly.
