Boot Camp
Boot Camp is a fun, military program high intensity training style designed to challenge you physically and mentally. Its 4 weeks motivational training that will have your results the next level.
The physical benefits of boot camp include increased fitness (cardio) levels, reducing your body fat and muscle. The results obtained are however not only physical, like many recruits also indicate that they sleep better, have more energy and, in some cases feel more confidence and motivation in all other areas of their lives. Several of our recruits using Boot Camp as a good impetus to achieving a lifestyle more healthy.
What makes Fitness First Boot Camp different to other fitness programs
It is managed entirely outside.
Safe development of exercise programs with no contraindication exercises or circuits.
The emphasis on quality teaching and execution of all exercises and drills.
Your instructors will not only challenge and motivate you physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
We are not ‘yell and scream “our recruits providing a motivating experience no fear.
You will see and feel the difference (even) in the first two weeks.
During your experience of Boot Camp will cover you –
Cardio components including: – Interval Training High Intensity return missions, climbing stairs, and Sand Hill training.
Components of resistance training, are planned around traffic patterns Primal, what are Squat, Lunge, Bend, Push, Pull and Twist. All movements are based on functional compound movements that will give you functional strength for use in our daily lives.
Boot Camp day mission, which includes the tasks of team building and team challenges.
You will complete a basic fitness test – to measure “when you are ‘before and after your Boot Camp, which also allows the instructor to break the group down if necessary based your level of fitness.
Boot Camp programs are held in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA and are aligned with the Fitness First clubs in the region. New courses are scheduled according to demand.
