<p>Firstly, you should control the amounts<br />
Snacks can’t play the leading role in our daily diet, while a few appropriate snacks can meet the demands of people’s appetite and reduce the sense of hunger. At the same time, we should also reduce energy. Healthy diet to lose weight should include such contents as follows:</p>

Grain and potatoes, such kind of food<br />
Vegetables, fruits such kind pf food<br />
Milk, beans and beans’ products<br />
Meat and other food which contains protein, water<br />

You should eat crops without being processed and rough grain as much as possible while eating less refined rice and noodles:<br />
 You should at least eat one kind of vegetable with green leaves everyday<br />
When cooking vegetables, you should try not to use much oil and may even cook without oil, such as eating raw vegetables, and cold mixed dish, ect.<br />
