Five foods to absorb your fat

Today I introduce five foods or fruits that could absorb your excess fat.
Apple

Apple is a high fiber and low-calorie food,apple is rich in dietary fiber and pectin, when pectin enter into the body, it  could combine with the bile acid,and then just like a sponge to absorb excess cholesterol and triglycerides, and then excreted. Meanwhile, the acetic acid decomposed from apple is conducive to decomposition of the two substances.

Hawthorn

Hawthorn contains acid, citric acid, lipolysis acid, vitamin C, flavonoids, carbohydrates and other ingredients, with the functions of promoting cholesterol excretion, fat weight-loss. Hawthorn contains 20% crude fiber, can promote bowel movements and increase the activity of pepsin, lipase contained in it can promote fat decomposition,to help digestion. Hawthorn is a acidic foods,so it is not appropriate to be eateb when limosis, preferably eaten after a meal.

Papaya

Papaya contains some papaya enzyme,which decompose protein, carbohydrate, and fat, remove fat, reduce the mast cell, promote metabolism and to discharge excess body fat to achieve weight loss goals! In addition, papain can digest proteins , is conducive to human digestion and absorption of food, there Jianpixiaoshi effect.

Celery

Celery is rich in crude fiber, can stimulate the gastrointestinal motility, promote defecation. Celery also contains potassium, vitamin B2, vitamin and so on, adjust the sodium and potassium balance and promote physical discharge excess water, empty the accumulation of body fat and toxins.

Chinese waxgourd
