Foods for a balanced diet
Food has varieties of types,different food contain different nutrition.In natural,any kind food is impossible to contain all the nutrition that human need.We need to have a balance diet to get the nutrition that we need,from which can meet the body needs.

cereal&potato include:paddy,wheat,barley,oat,corn, sorghum, Sweet potato,and the foods which are made from cereal.This kind food mainly provide saccharide,protein,mineral,fibre and B clan vitamin,it’s the main energy source for the body.The quantity of one person eat this kind food per day is decided by his energy requirement,existence requirement,labour intensity and the food status that was supplied.In normal circumstances,the healthy adult who are engaged in secondary labour intensity,need about 500g cereal one day.
Compare roughage with refined food,the roughage contain more dietary fiber,mineral and vitamin,it not only have abundant nutrition,but also have small volume,less energy,bear hunger longer.This kind food is a good choice for the people who want control their weight.
The nutrition characteristic of animal food
Animal food includes:
1.dumb things:pork,beef, mutton and etc.
2.Poultry:chicken,duck,goose and etc.
3.fish and prawn: fish,shrimp,crab and other marine product.
4.internal organs:liver,center,kidney,belly,brain and etc.
5.milk:milk and goats milk.
Animal food contain plenty of protein(about 10%-20%), the composition of aminophenol is similar with human body protein,have high nutritive value.The fat content is related with meat ‘s fat and lean,the fat contain fatness,and lean meat contain more protein and mineral,such as phosphor, Potassium,sodium,magnesium, chlorine and etc.
The internal organs also contain plenty of protein,and have more mineral and vitamin,especially the liver have much nutrition,it contain vitamin A,vitamin B1,vitamin B12, nicotinic acid,folacin and etcs,so liver is one of best food for Blood-supplementing,since it contain plenty of cholesterin,there have restrictions on the people who have cholesterolemia.
The aminophenol composition of fish protein and content are similar with meat,most of fish don’t have enough fat,about 1%-3%,most of them are unsaturation fatty acid,fish’s muscle fibers are short,the fish meat is soft and can be absorbed easily.
The protein of egg is the best protein in natural,both yolk and egg white have high biological value;Egg white almost have no fat,the fat concentrate on yolk,which is easy to abosrb and digest,and contain much of phosphatide and cholesterin.One secondary egg contain about 250 mg cholesterin, the mineral and vitamin also concentrate on yolk.
The milk contain all-sided nutrition,250ml fresh milk can provide about 7g protein and 300 mg calcium.
Although animal food have plenty of nutrition,this kind food contain animal fat,so for the obesity people,it’s better not take too much,they’d better choose lean meat,fish,chicken , duck and Skim milk.The fat persons,especially the people who have hypercholesterolemia,it’s better not to eat more than 1 egg everyday,eat less animal internal organs and fat to reduce cholesterin intake,which is helpful for controlling weight and blood-fat.
