Total cholesterol, triglycerides glycerol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the obese body is higher than normal value while the high-density protein cholesterol is lower than the normal value,so that the obese people have the higher risk of suffering from cardiovascular disease.
Massive research show that if the obese people can lose weight by adjusting their diet and doing more exercise to consume more energy, its state of dyslipidemia will been effectively improved.
