Obesity cause fatty liver

Obesity cause mild or moderate fatty liver. But we can recovery from it by controlling diet, doing more exercise to lose weight. However, due to no obvious symptoms of fatty liver in this period, people are not aware of it and take it seriously, and they miss a good opportunity of treatment. If we let the fatty liver alone and do not take any measures, it will become severe liver. Then it will lead to the Liver fibrosis, steatohepatitis, and even cirrhosis. Once we are caught in such a situation, it is difficult to treat the disease. Therefore, regular medical examinations to detect fatty liver, weight control, regular exercise and other measures on the prevention of fatty liver is very useful.
