so i started taking the paiyouguo capsules yesterday and at first i felt a little dizzy and nauseous, but then i got up and started doing stuff and got a little hyper. I didn”t get hungry but i could still eat if i had food in front of me…today’s the 2nd day and i felt a little dizzy in the morning but not different at all right now just a little weird…….Does the effect of loosing your appetite get better as you take it more?

Pai you guo weight loss tea! I used it and it worked for me! I losta total of 22 pounds during the month that I was drinking it. like everyone stated it has a nasty taste- The side effect that made me discontinue my use was the yeast infection I recieved. I was so scared! it was an infection like never before…nothing i had ever expreienced! So I suggest that if you drink, be ware as my husband calls it PAY AS YOU GO!

I am on day 7 and I’ve lost 5lbs! Possibly more, but I just started using a digital scale on day 5 so I may have lost some since day 1 without documentation. So from day 5 to day 7 I’ve lost a total of 5lbs in 3 days. I do make myself eat a little something to avoid headaches. Dry mouth and thirst is the only lingering side effect which I am definitely willing to deal with. I just keep myself hydrated and drink lots of water. So far so good…

Ok so all the rave about this tea had me thinking I want to try it…. So I got few packs from my friend… day 1 I felt ok, it doesn’t taste that great but I have had worse… worse tasteing things … so day 1 I felt fine no problem actually excited to see what would happen… saw friend who had slimed down a lot from drinking it..OK cool…. so day 2 I woke dehydrated like I had been walking in the desert all night…. I had lump of mucus in mt throat that I could not get out … Omg I was so sick, I had never felt this bad ever my stomach was growling but I wasn’t even hungry… I ate a fruit salad and my stomach continued to growl but mind is saying hey we are not hungry…. the the wave of sickness floods me agian ….. no I want throw up and it felts like my head is gonna pop right off my head omg… I felt sick as heck. I have this massive head ache… it is unbelieveable… I just want to through up and get it out of my system… but I haven’t eatten anything because I feel so full. What the hell is this stuff I’m thinking… I just need to do this the old fashioned way.. gym… but I’m american and I want it right now… I must be a gluttin for punishment ~ fast forword… so I stopped drinking it and here we are 5 days later and I still feel sick… wth is in that stuff…please let me know.

Hi, I ordered the tea packets from Amazon and the box I received is basically the same only that it says “new formula” and it says “Slim Capsule” but they are actually the powder formula.
Has any of you seen this? I wonder if they will work the same. I’ve been taking them for 6 days and I’ve lost 3ls. My side effects are dry mouth, thirsty all the time, and I get a lot of energy. Also there are time when I get really hot and then I get body chills.
I would love to hear your opinion on this “new formula”

Well, i tried green tea, white tea, black tea, wu yi tea.. but it really doesn’t reduce your weight. From my opinion tea is just like something to make you comfortable but not for weight loss solution.

I ordered this tea from china a 2 months ago. 18 pack in one box I lost 13 pounds with on box. Mix in a cup of hot water and drink first thing in the morning. I do not feel hungry at all, I have a sweet tooth and do not experience any cravings at all but know I have to eat so I eat a small portion of whatever is available. I’m on my second box I take it everyother day now, I experience a lot of energy but can’t seem to fall asleep at night. I have not experienced any adversed side effects. It makes me thirsty, so I drink a lot of water. I will continue to take it untill I reach my goal weight, about 4 more boxes should do it for me.
 The woman who introduced me to it lost 60lbs and carried around a picture of the box in her cellular phone, it was everything she said it would be. i love it.  I also walk 20 mins every other day because I hate to exercise.

I have been taking the capsules for a month and 6 days.  I lost 12 pounds and around 2 inches in my abdomen. I went from a size 9 to almost a 6 in jeans.  I believe that when I finish the second package I will be in a loose 6 or a 4.  I am not hungry but I eat small portions every 3 hours, that makes my body burns fat and calories every three hours. I do not drink that mush of water and I am not working out. I believe that if I do I will loose faster.  The first week I did not sleep and was not tired, after that I am sleeping normally and still have a lot of energy. I recommend it!

Im on my 7th day and haven’t noticed any weight loss but have lost some inches. I believe because I work out, the fat is turning into muscles and this is probably the reason I haven’t seen any weight loss. One of my friends that is on her 8th day today, has lost 6 pounds already, but she is not working out.
We have to drink a lot of water because it makes our mouth dry and I’m thirsty all the time!
Also we have to make sure we eat small portions every 3 hours if possible, to keep our metabolism regular.
So far I like it. The only thing I really dont like is the taste after taking it. I’m still having the nauses for the entire day. It’s disgusting… but well, we have to pay the price!!

I have purchased this product and have used it a few days already, but have been experiencing accelerated heart rate.  I don’t have any health issues, so I am a bit concerned.
I did a little research online, and it is mentioned that while there is not much known about Koncing Nut (the main ingredient in this product), that some believe it is Ephedra in disguise.  I also looked up Ephedra and this is banned in the US, and has side effects such as, anxiety, psychosis, irregular heart rhythms, heart damage, high blood pressure, among others (go to about.com to view full article on ephedra).
While I am unsure of the truth, I will discontinue the use of this product due to lack of reviews and testing. My biggest concern is the health complications it can bring in the long run, and I don’t think it’s worth the risk just to loose weight.
