Quick weight loss exercises is very easy.
You can get rid of the pround flesh just in 10 minutes.  According to the latest issue of the United States “Prevention” magazine,it is reported that recently the United States senior fitness expert Christine Freitag creat a new fitness method which can make people rapidly lose weight in  10 minutes.
These, a pair of fit sneakers, a pair of 2-3 kg dumbbells, a chair or a low table, are all the “hardware” required for the fitness method. This method is designed according to the physical characteristics of human body in different time. a study conducted by the University of Pittsburgh of the United States reported that a 10-minute fitness method can consume more than 30 percent fat additionally,compared with a 30-40 minutes concentration exercise,and also effectively reduce the level of triglycerides, so that to reduce the risk of suffering from heart disease by half doubled and enhance cardiovascular endurance. The study also showed that, as long as women aging from 31 to 57 can walk 10 minutes daily, they can lost more than twice fat in the abdomen compared with those who focus on concentration exercise.
This exercise is as following. Do a set of 10 minutes brisk walking to enhance the vitality during 6:50-7:00 am; do a set of 10-minute rapid walk to consume the calories during 12:20-12:30 noon; do 10 minutes exercise to train strength of arms during 5:15-5:25 pm; do 10 minutes exercise to burn fat in the abdomen during 8:50-9:00 pm. The four 10-minute are the most ideal time to do exercise per day. Whether you want to lose weight ,enhance vitality or be more healthy,you  can do exercise in accordance with the “menu”. But note that the rhythm of each exercise should be well controlled and it is necessary to do warm-up in priority. If you want to lose weight, the recommended amount of exercise per week is as follow: 5 sets of vitality enhancing exercise, 6 sets of calorie burning exercise, 4 sets of brisk walk, 2 sets of  thigh muscle training exercise, 2 sets of arm strength training exercise, 2 sets of abdominal fat burning exercise, in total, 21 sets of exercise; in order to maintain the body you should complete exercise as following: 3 sets of vitality enhancing exercise, 2 sets of calorie burning exercise, 6 sets of brisk walk, 3 sets of  thigh muscle training exercise, 3 sets of arm strength training exercise, 3 sets of abdominal fat burning exercise, in total, 20 sets of exercise; to enhance the vitality and be more healthy, you need just do 15 sets of this exercise per week .
The 10-minute fitness exercise include: brisk walking (do on ground or stairs), one leg jumping (circle your arms on both sides and hop with your legs in turn), unilateral push-ups (arms do breaststroke action or push-ups in turn, or do push-ups with one leg bending and jumping forward 25-30 cm, or jump with your feet in turn like climbing mountain) and Dietary Fat Reduction abdominal fat burning exercise(bend your waist, cross your arms down, and turn your body slowly and repeat several times).
The most worthy mentioning is that the requirement of the time to this method of fitness is free. If you can only do 1 set today, you can do more to make up for it tomorrow.You can achieve your purpose if you can complete the required sets of exercise in a week.
